Guesswork is a free party game at guesswork.tech and inside Discord. By playing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
The game
You can play as a guest or with an account. Lobbies expire after 24 hours. Accounts that have not signed in for 180 days are deleted together with their lists. We may change, pause, or shut down the game at any time, and we may remove content or restrict access to keep the game working and safe for everyone.
Your content
Player names, list names, and the characters you add to custom lists are yours. By making a list public you let anyone with its link start a lobby with it. Do not add content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that you do not have the right to share. We can remove content and close accounts that break this rule.
Images
Character pictures are loaded from Wikimedia and belong to their respective owners under the licences shown on their Wikipedia pages. Guesswork shows them for identification in a party game and does not claim any rights to them. Guess Who is a trademark of Hasbro; Guesswork is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hasbro.
Fair use of the service
Do not attempt to break the game, scrape it, spam lobbies or accounts, or interfere with other players. We rate limit and may block abusive traffic.
No warranty
The game is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. It is a party game; please treat it as one.
